Shocking Robbery Incident in Camden
In a distressing incident captured on camera, a married couple fell victim to a violent robbery in Camden, London. The attack unfolded as the couple, enjoying an evening out, was confronted by two assailants on Frognal Way.
Brutal Assault and Watch Theft
Dramatic footage, released by the police, reveals the assailants ambushing the couple from behind. The attackers forcibly pushed the wife to the ground, causing her to crash onto her back. Simultaneously, they held down the husband to forcibly seize his £28,000 Rolex Yacht Master watch.
Following the theft, the robbers swiftly fled towards Frognal Road, leaving the shaken couple behind.
Police Response and Public Appeal
The robbery, reported just before 7 pm on September 13, prompted a swift response from law enforcement. Despite a search of the area, the culprits managed to evade capture. Fortunately, the victims, while visibly shaken, did not sustain serious physical injuries.
Appeal for Information
Sergeant Max Pennington of Camden Police expressed concern over the incident, urging anyone with information to come forward.
He particularly called on individuals who can identify the perpetrators and appealed to jewellers or pawnbrokers who might encounter the stolen watch for sale.
Seeking Justice: Contacting the Authorities
Individuals possessing information related to the robbery have been encouraged to contact the police at 101 or report to @MetCC, referencing CAD 7126/13 Sept. As investigations continue, authorities are hopeful that public cooperation will aid in identifying and apprehending the suspects involved in this brazen
