Arrest Made in Los Angeles French Bulldog Theft Drama
In a significant development, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has successfully apprehended a suspect linked to the shocking theft of a French Bulldog from its owner, Ali Zacharias.
The arrest of 21-year-old Sadie Slater comes after a dramatic incident where Zacharias courageously flung herself onto the hood of the thieves’ car in an attempt to reclaim her beloved pup.
Owner Offers Reward for Stolen Dog’s Safe Return
Ali Zacharias, the distraught owner of the French Bulldog named Onyx, is now offering a substantial reward for the safe return of her stolen pet.

The heart-wrenching incident transpired near the Whole Foods on Grand Avenue and 8th Street, where Zacharias was seated with Onyx beneath a table.
A stranger approached, called out to the dog, and then abruptly walked away with him. Zacharias initially thought it was a misunderstanding, only to realize her pup was being stolen.

Undeterred, Zacharias attempted to intervene, chasing the thief to a waiting car.
Despite her efforts to enter the vehicle, she was pushed out and left helpless as the thieves sped away with Onyx.
In a desperate bid to stop them, Zacharias ended up on the hood of the moving car, a moment captured on video and instrumental in identifying the suspects.
