Kaizer Chiefs have been busy at Naturena, welcoming seven new players to their squad.
However, Coach Nasreddine Nabi is making moves to streamline his team, and that means some players will need to find new clubs.
Coach Nabi’s Midfield Choices
With the influx of new talent, Coach Nabi is focusing on a streamlined midfield lineup.
He’s decided to work with four central midfielders: Njabulo Blom, Yusuf Maart, Samkelo Zwane, and Edson Castillo.
Unfortunately for Sabelo Radebe and Sibongiseni Mthethwa, they don’t fit into his plans.
According to recent reports from SABC Sport, Radebe has been put on the market as Kaizer Chiefs look to secure him regular game time elsewhere.
The young midfielder, who once shone as a junior international, seems unlikely to play a major role under Nabi this season.
Mthethwa’s Uncertain Future
The situation is similar for Sibongiseni Mthethwa.
As per iDiski Times, the club has tried to offload him to Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu FC without success.
Despite attempts to arrange a season-long loan with Stellenbosch or reach an agreement with AmaZulu, neither club has shown interest.

Farewell to Fernando Da Cruz
In a less positive development, Kaizer Chiefs will bid farewell to assistant coach Fernando Da Cruz.
As reported by Unplayable, Da Cruz, who joined the club just two months ago, has been recruited by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) for a Technical Director role.
In an official statement, Kaizer Chiefs confirmed the transfer, with Da Cruz expressing gratitude for the warm welcome and support during his brief tenure.
The club has also acknowledged his contributions and wished him well for the future.
