Internet star Haliey Welch, widely recognized as the ‘Hawk Tuah girl,’ is stepping into the spotlight with a new podcast.

She’s just inked a deal with Jake Paul’s Betr company to host her very own show.

Betr has officially announced its collaboration with Welch for the upcoming podcast, ‘Talk Tuah,’ which is set to debut on September 10.

To drum up excitement, Betr released a short trailer featuring a 48-second montage with snippets from Joe Rogan and Piers Morgan discussing Welch.

The promo also includes highlights from her previous podcast appearances with Paul.

This isn’t the first time Jake Paul has used his platform to elevate social media stars.

He previously signed college basketball stars Hanna and Haley Cavinder to host their podcast, Twin Talk.

Paul’s Betr company, co-founded with Joey Levy in 2022, continues to make waves with its microbetting platform, which has a reported net worth of about $238.12 million as of August 30, 2024.

Welch’s Rise to Fame

Welch shot to fame after a viral street interview in Nashville where her explicit response to a provocative question caught the internet’s attention.

Her candid answer, complete with a graphic description and mimicking noises, quickly went viral, leading to a flood of new opportunities.
