Owens will participate in a rally in Davenport and a town hall in Jackson County, concluding the day with rallies in Dubuque and Linn Counties alongside Ramaswamy.

Despite Ramaswamy’s impactful debate moments, current polling places him fourth in Iowa behind Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, and Nikki Haley.
