Cowboys Tight End Posts Picture of Pair at Texas Motor Speedway
Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson have sparked more romance rumors as the Cowboys tight end posted a picture of the pair at the Texas Motor Speedway.
Cavinder, a basketball player and social media star, fueled speculation that she was dating Ferguson last month when she posed in a Cowboys shirt on Instagram.
Ferguson commented a heart eyes emoji on the post.
On Thursday, Ferguson shared a photo of the pair spending time together during the Cowboys’ bye week.
Cavinder was seen wearing cowboy boots and smiled while next to Ferguson, who donned a pair of light blue jeans.
Cavinder Teases Possible Romance with Ferguson on Instagram
Cavinder teased her possible romance with Ferguson ahead of Dallas’ game at the Cardinals, sharing a photo of herself in a Cowboys top and cowboy boots to her 724,000 Instagram followers.
“How bout them cowboys,” she captioned the post, which was located in Arizona.
Her twin sister Hanna, with whom she has built up a following of 4.5 million users on TikTok, commented: “soooo is this a soft launch?? or.”
Ferguson also commented on the post, writing: “Gollleeeee how bout ‘em.”
Cavinder to Return to College Basketball in 2024-25 Season
Haley and her sister Hanna stepped away from college basketball back in April, but Haley entered the transfer portal this week and will officially return for the 2024-25 season.
On their Cavinder twins podcast, Haley spoke in detail about her decision to return to basketball.
“It was so, so hard to walk away from the sport,” Haley said.
“I don’t think people truly understand how hard a decision that was.”
“I kept waking up every day like ‘I want to go and play basketball, I want to hoop’.
I just want to play basketball and everything else that I am so big on can take care of itself.”
“I honestly tried to go back this season but things just didn’t work out.
We had given a brand our word – there were so many things we had both committed to.”
Away from the sport, the twins have earned an estimated $4.4m in endorsement deals, but for Haley, basketball is returning as a priority.
