Arthur Collins begins new relationship with reality TV star Amelia Peters while serving 20-year sentence at HMP Buckley Hall in Rochdale

Just when you thought the world of reality TV couldn’t get more tangled, here comes another plot twist.

Arthur Collins, best known for all the wrong reasons as Ferne McCann’s ex and the man behind a horrific acid attack, is reportedly in a new relationship—and this time, it’s with Love Island alum Amelia Peters.

Collins Still Serving His Sentence—but Love Isn’t Locked Away

Now 32, Arthur is still serving his 20-year sentence for a 2017 acid attack in an East London nightclub that left 16 people seriously injured.

He was recently moved to HMP Buckley Hall in Rochdale, and it seems he’s been getting regular visits—from Amelia.

According to reports, Amelia, 26, has been open with friends about her feelings for Arthur, telling people she believes he’s changed and even calling him “the one.”

A source told The Sun that while some of her friends are concerned, Amelia isn’t backing down.

Illegal Phone Rumors and Flirty Birthday Posts

What’s more, it’s been alleged that Arthur has access to a phone in prison—a major violation of prison rules—and uses it to keep in constant contact with Amelia.

This isn’t the first time he’s been caught using a mobile behind bars.

Back in 2018, he was handed an extra eight months for secretly phoning Ferne McCann from his cell.

Fueling speculation, Amelia recently posted a bouquet of red roses on Instagram with a teasing caption on Arthur’s birthday: “Happy birthday to the most handsome pain in the a**e, Love you x,” topped off with the letter “A.”

Amelia’s Reality TV Roots

If Amelia’s name sounds familiar, it’s because she was a Casa Amor bombshell during season three of Love Island.

Though she didn’t last long on the show—just two days, to be exact—she was the youngest contestant at the time, entering the villa at just 18.

She was also previously a teaching assistant, but now her name’s back in headlines for reasons far removed from education or short-lived villa drama.

Not the First Prison Romance for Arthur Collins

This isn’t Arthur’s first love story behind bars.

In 2022, he got engaged to Annie Jane, an Essex businesswoman and former Babestation presenter.

Annie even had Arthur’s name tattooed on her stomach and reportedly planned to marry him in prison.

Sources claimed the couple met before his sentencing, kept in touch through letters and prison visits, and eventually “fell in love.”

Annie, a mum herself, said she believed Arthur had changed and saw their bond as something spiritual.

A Pattern of Prison Relationships

Before Annie, Arthur was linked to Take Me Out contestant Gemma Elliott.

It seems prison hasn’t slowed down his dating life one bit.

Despite being incarcerated, Collins somehow continues to attract media attention and form romantic relationships—even as he serves a lengthy sentence for a crime that left a lasting mark on many lives.

Ferne McCann Has Moved On

Meanwhile, Ferne McCann, the mother of Arthur’s daughter Sunday, has put the past behind her.

Now 34, Ferne is engaged to businessman Lori Haines, and the couple share a daughter, Finty, who is nearly two years old.

Ferne and Arthur were only together for a year, but that year was filled with turbulence.

She was pregnant with Sunday when Arthur carried out the acid attack that eventually led to his 20-year sentence.

Since then, Ferne has publicly distanced herself from him, focusing on her new family and future.

A Love Story or a Red Flag?

Whether Amelia’s new connection with Arthur is the real deal or just another headline-grabbing twist, it’s raised plenty of eyebrows.

Prison romances are controversial on their own—but add in Collins’ violent past, and many are left wondering: is this really love, or just a story waiting to go wrong?

Stay tuned… because with this cast of characters, the drama is far from over.
