Tony Bennett’s publicist, Sylvia Weiner, confirmed the singer’s passing, stating that he died in his hometown of New York.

He had been battling Alzheimer’s Disease since 2016.

He leaves behind his wife, Susan Benedetto, his two sons, Danny and Dae Bennett, his daughters Johanna Bennett and Antonia Bennett, and nine grandchildren.
