The House of Rep revealed on Tuesday that the report of the airline’s launch was false.

House Committee’s Declaration:

Chairman of the House Committee on Aviation, Nnolim Nnaji, categorically labeled the launch of Nigeria Air as fraudulent after the major stakeholders involved in the deal, including the Federal Government and Ethiopian Airlines, denied any knowledge of the launch.

The Ministry of Aviation’s claim that Nigeria Air was simply unveiled, not launched, was dismissed by the committee as an attempt to divert attention.

Shocking Revelation:

During the proceedings, members of the committee were taken aback when the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) disclosed that an aircraft adorned with Nigerian colors had been on a chartered flight to Nigeria.

Oseni’s Response:

Taking to Twitter, Rufai Oseni expressed his reaction to the reports.

He highlighted that he had previously stated that the airline launch was a scam, but people accused him of hating Nigeria.
