The accident occurred on September 3, around 12:14 a.m., on Township Road 25 in Jackson Township.
Nick Bucell was driving a 2021 Polaris 570 with a juvenile passenger when tragedy struck.
The vehicle drifted off the right side of the road and flipped into a streambed.
Despite immediate medical attention and being transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital by United Ambulance, Nick succumbed to his injuries.
Thankfully, the minor passenger did not require medical transportation.
