On February 3, 2025, tragedy struck at the Alye Parusa luxury residential complex in Moscow, where Armen Sarkisyan, the founder of the Arbat Battalion, was assassinated in a bombing.

Despite being rushed to the hospital, doctors were unable to save him.

His bodyguard also died in the attack, while three other individuals were injured.
