Strengthening Partnership for Better Traffic Management in Lagos State


In a collaborative effort to enhance traffic management in Lagos State, operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) and officials of the Nigerian Army have come together to strengthen their partnership.

LASTMA Welcomes Nigerian Army Officials

During a productive working visit, Brigadier General Adegoke Moses Adetuyi, leading a delegation from the 9th Brigade Command of the Nigerian Army, visited the headquarters of LASTMA in Oshodi.

Mr. Bolaji Oreagba, the General Manager of LASTMA, warmly welcomed the military personnel and expressed his gratitude for their presence.

Reaffirming Cordial Relations

Addressing recent concerns regarding a confrontation between a Lastma officer and a soldier, Mr. Oreagba emphasized the strong bond between LASTMA and the Nigerian Army.


He stressed the importance of maintaining the harmonious relationship that has been cultivated over the years.

He highlighted the continuous support provided by the Nigerian Army and other security agencies across the state, which remains invaluable to LASTMA’s operations.
