…By for TDPel Media. Primark has introduced its Click and Collect service in 32 of its stores in and around London, offering customers the convenience of selecting children’s clothing online and picking them up at designated locations.
This service launch is well-timed to coincide with the back-to-school season, providing parents and guardians with an efficient way to shop for their children’s clothing needs.
Wider Access to Exclusive Items
With the introduction of Click and Collect, customers now have access to a broader selection of items that were previously only available in Primark’s largest stores.
This expansion allows customers to pick up their desired products at a much wider range of sites, making it easier for them to access a diverse array of products without visiting the flagship stores.
Key Details and Requirements
To use the Click and Collect service, customers need to place orders with a minimum value of £10.
Once the order is placed, the items can be collected from the designated store locations two days after the purchase.
Positive Customer Feedback Encourages Further Expansion
The Click and Collect trial initially covered 25 stores in the North West of England.
According to Kari Rodgers, the UK retail director at Primark, the feedback received from customers during the trial has been encouraging, which has led to the decision to expand the service to London stores.
The company is eager to gather more insights as the trial progresses further.
