Most state chapters of the ruling party have already completed their nominations for ministerial appointments.
These nominations are expected to be forwarded to the President for consideration.
Tinubu’s Personal Selections and Influence of Special Advisers
A source close to the Presidency has disclosed that President Tinubu has reserved a core group of ministers for himself.
The selection is said to be heavily influenced by his team of special advisers. The remaining positions have become a subject of intense political competition.
Tinubu’s Return from London and Sallah Celebration Plans
It has been confirmed that President Tinubu is scheduled to fly in from London today, ahead of the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.

He is expected to return to his private residence in Ikoyi, Lagos, to observe his first Sallah celebration as President.
On Wednesday, he will join other dignitaries for the Eid prayers at the Obalende Muslim Prayer ground in Dodan Barracks.

Contrary to expectations, the President is unlikely to return to Abuja until Sunday or Monday, despite the festivities ending on Thursday.
Sources indicate that he intends to spend more time in Lagos during this period.
