Unfortunate Day: G-Wagon Accident and Unreleased Song
Portable recounted the day of the incident, stating that he was en route to record the song featuring Shatta Wale when he had an accident with his G-Wagon SUV. Despite the setback and the loss of his vehicle, the artiste expressed dismay that the song was not released.
Frustration and Allegations Against the Music Industry
Expressing his frustration, Portable accused the music industry of harboring jealousy towards his success, especially following a recent collaboration with UK rapper Skepta.
The artiste questioned why those he collaborates with tend to withhold the release of his songs and pondered if it was due to him outshining them.
“Why is it that the people I have done hit music with always refuse to release my songs? Is it because I outshined them? Abu Abel asked me to meet Bankulli, I had an accident with my G-Wagon and still managed to be there to record the song. You can see that I am not a coward,” he expressed.
