The BudgIT Climate Champions Fellowship is a unique program designed to support emerging leaders and organizations in Nigeria working toward climate justice and a fair energy transition.

Fellowship Goals

The main aim of the fellowship is to empower young leaders and organizations by providing them with the skills and support they need to advocate for climate justice and a sustainable energy transition.

Create a network of climate advocates and organizations to share knowledge and strategies.

Eligibility Requirements

If you’re passionate about climate justice and meet the following criteria, you could be a perfect fit for the fellowship:

You must be a Nigerian citizen between 25 and 40 years old.
You should have at least 2 years of experience working in the climate sector.
You need to be affiliated with a registered non-profit organization or social enterprise that focuses on climate justice and energy transition.
A strong commitment to addressing climate change and driving energy transition is a must.
