We’ve all heard stories about mysterious lights in the sky or eerie objects hovering above the ocean, but a Navy veteran’s jaw-dropping account has taken the UFO conversation to a whole new level.
Senior Chief Operations Specialist Alexandro Wiggins, who served 23 years in the U.S. Navy, is now going public with his bizarre experience involving not one, but four unidentified flying objects – all spotted shooting out of the Pacific Ocean in perfect unison.
Lights in the Sky That Seemed to Rise from the Sea
The strange sighting happened back on February 15, 2023, while Wiggins was on board the USS Jackson, stationed off the southern coast of California.
He remembers noticing a peculiar light just above the horizon.
But what really caught his attention was that the light seemed to be surfacing – like it was literally coming out of the ocean and lifting into the air.
Curious and skeptical, Wiggins zoomed in with a thermal sensor and was stunned. Not only was there one object, but four.
“We thought it was just one,” he recalled. “Then we zoomed out, and boom – two more, and then another. Four in total.”
A Chillingly Synchronized Takeoff
As if the sight of these “Tic Tac”-shaped crafts wasn’t strange enough, it was what happened next that really shook him.
All four UFOs suddenly darted off to the northeast — perfectly synchronized, like a well-rehearsed countdown.
Wiggins described the speed as almost beyond comprehension. “It was just two steps short of instantaneous,” he said.
Even now, he’s left wondering what exactly he witnessed that night.
“Maybe one day when I’m 80 or 90, it’ll all come out,” he added. “Like the stealth fighters or Area 51 — at some point, it’ll be public.”
Family Ties to Area 51 Add to the Intrigue
Adding another twist to his story, Wiggins revealed that his own father worked at Area 51 — the legendary, top-secret military base long linked to alien theories and government secrets.
The family connection adds a layer of mystery to his account, making people wonder just how much might be known behind closed doors.
Strangely Familiar UFO Shapes Mirror Past Sightings
What Wiggins saw wasn’t entirely unfamiliar to those who’ve followed UFO sightings.
The shape of the crafts looked eerily similar to a famous incident in 2004 — often referred to as the “Tic Tac UFO” — when Navy pilots encountered a similar object over the same patch of ocean.
That encounter was documented by the USS Nimitz and made headlines years later when video footage was released.
Inside the Ship: Reactions from Other Sailors
Others aboard the USS Jackson saw it too. A combat information center operator, who asked to remain anonymous, shared their shock during an episode of the “Weaponized” podcast.
“All four objects launched into the sky at once. Just — whoosh — gone,” they recalled.
“We checked the radar immediately after, and nothing. They were just… off the grid.”
Their conclusion? These UFOs were likely communicating, moving in perfect coordination, and guided by some advanced tech far beyond our current understanding.
No Heat, No Trail – Just Pure Mystery
One of the most baffling parts of this whole incident? None of the crafts left a heat trail, even when captured on Safire thermal cameras.
That means whatever was powering them wasn’t using any kind of propulsion system we currently know of.
Investigative filmmaker Jeremy Corbell pointed out that if they were just hovering, there should’ve been some thermal signature. But there wasn’t — at all.
Experts Say It Wasn’t Anything American
Former defense department analyst Marik Von Rennenkampff reviewed flight data from the time and confirmed there were no U.S. aircraft in the area. “It just doesn’t make sense,” he said.
“If it were ours, there are better places to test it — not right in front of Navy sailors without a heads-up.”
Echoes of the 2004 Nimitz UFO Incident
This latest incident feels like a sequel to that now-famous 2004 sighting.
Back then, fighter pilot Commander David Fravor had been on a routine training mission near San Diego when he was redirected to investigate strange radar activity.
What he found was a 40-foot-long white object, shaped like a Tic Tac, flying at wild speeds and even responding to his own movements.
Fravor later told Congress that the object moved with near-supernatural ability, shooting off at thousands of miles per hour and somehow arriving at a classified location — one that only a few people, including him, even knew about.
Is the Truth Finally Getting Closer?
As more military members like Wiggins come forward, the long-standing mystery around UFOs and what’s really happening in our skies (and oceans) continues to deepen.
With growing pressure for government transparency and a pile of testimony stacking up, one thing’s for sure — people are paying attention now more than ever.
