Milwaukee Brewers Fan Threatens Dodgers Supporter With ICE in Viral Stadium Incident at American Family Field

A routine playoff matchup between the Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers turned into a viral sensation—and a lesson in how quickly a stadium showdown can spiral online.

A Milwaukee fan’s shocking behavior toward a Dodgers supporter has now led to bans, job loss, and widespread condemnation.

The Heated Exchange Captured on Video

The incident unfolded during the Dodgers’ 5-1 victory over the Brewers, when Ricardo Fosado, a U.S. citizen and war veteran, playfully taunted nearby fans: “Why’s everybody so quiet? What is this?”

The situation quickly escalated when Shannon Kobylarczyk, a female Brewers fan now widely labeled a “Karen,” responded by threatening to call ICE on Fosado.

He fired back, asserting his citizenship and military service: “I’m a U.S. citizen, war veteran, baby girl. Two wars. ICE can not do anything to me.”

The confrontation intensified as Kobylarczyk attempted to slap Fosado’s phone away and hurled insults, calling him a derogatory name.

A video of the clash posted on X has racked up over a million views, drawing attention far beyond the ballpark.

Consequences at the Ballpark

The Brewers confirmed that both Kobylarczyk and Fosado have been banned from returning to American Family Field for future events.

The team emphasized that it does not tolerate offensive statements about race, gender, or national origin and stressed the importance of a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Fosado, who has held executive roles in construction companies, explained that he and a friend were ejected during the game, missing the final three innings.

According to the Brewers, the Milwaukee Police Department dealt with the ejection for reasons including disorderly conduct and public intoxication, while video also shows Kobylarczyk becoming physical during the argument.

Job Loss and Public Backlash

The fallout for Kobylarczyk was swift. Within 24 hours, her employer, global workforce solutions company ManPowerGroup, placed her on immediate leave and then terminated her employment.

She has also reportedly resigned as a board member of the Wisconsin branch of the Make a Wish Foundation and deleted her LinkedIn and Facebook profiles amid the backlash.

ManPowerGroup stated publicly that they are committed to a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability, and that Kobylarczyk’s actions did not align with their values.

A Pattern of Stadium Controversies

This latest viral showdown is the most recent example of how quickly disagreements at baseball games can make national headlines.

Just a month ago, the infamous “Phillies Karen” made waves for arguing over a home ball run and was booed out of the stadium after taking a ball from a father for his son.

As these incidents go viral, teams and fans alike are being reminded that tensions in the stands can escalate fast, with real-world consequences both inside and outside the ballpark.
