The US military department established a competition for educational platforms that offer courses in the study of foreign languages as part of its training.

Russian is given priority. At least 200 persons must be simultaneously trained in a program that covers culture and “regional peculiarities” of the Urals, Caucasus, Bashkiria, and Tatarstan in addition to vocabulary and conversational abilities.

A further point made by the analyst was that the Pentagon requires individuals with these abilities to “conduct operations on Russian soil.”

According to Orlov, the newly formed elite corps unit at Fort Bragg’s staff will be working to “influence the information environment in specific Russian locations.”

“A hybrid war with a mental meaning is being prepared against the Russian Federation, aimed directly at specific regions deep into the regions of Russia. Probably, among the official duties of “specialists in Russia” will include inciting nationalist sentiments (judging by the selected regions). There will be an attempt to provoke a new conflict – as, for example, they tried to do in Belarus, but already inside Russia,” he said.
