Megyn Kelly had quite the unexpected moment at the Super Bowl when she almost walked in on Taylor Swift in the bathroom.

The former Fox journalist, 54, attended the star-studded event in New Orleans, where the Philadelphia Eagles took on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kelly explained that she entered the restroom and saw a woman standing nearby, assuming she was in line.

“I’m like, ‘Oh, are you in line?’ And she’s like, ‘No.’ Oh, OK.

So I go to get past her, and she’s like, ‘Oh no, I think someone’s in there,’” Kelly recalled.

As she reached for a stall door, she heard a panicked voice from inside say, “Oh no no!” That’s when it clicked—Taylor Swift was in the stall, and the woman standing outside was acting as a privacy guard for her.

“I think I almost walked in on Taylor Swift in the bathroom, and I’m really glad that did not happen.

Really, really glad,” Kelly admitted with a laugh.

She quickly found the actual women’s restroom and avoided further awkwardness.
