Harry Cooksley, known now for his signature mullet on screen, actually started his hair transformation journey back in 2018.
At just 23, he traveled to Turkey to visit the Estepera Hair Clinic, where his hair transplant was documented in a video that’s still available on YouTube.
The video shows Harry getting his hairline marked, his head shaved, and then undergoing the procedure.
He described the entire process as virtually painless and gave a glowing review of the medical team.
“The surgeons were brilliant and I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome,” Harry shared.

Another Islander who has embraced the hair transplant route is Ben Holbrough.
His procedure took place about 18 months ago at 360 Hair Clinic.
Six months after his surgery, Ben filmed an update video to show his progress — and he was already seeing 80% hair growth by that time.
