Joe Kazadi of ‘Scandal!’ laments the death of his brother Chris in the Congo

Congolese actor Joe Kazadi – who plays the villainous role of Mukuna in e.tv’s soapie Scandal! is mourning his brother Chris Kazadi – who was allegedly shot and killed in Congo.

Chris was the founder and CEO of a digital company called Clicks Media.

JOE KAZADI: ‘I AM PROUD OF YOU’  

Seasoned actor Joe Kazadi who’s known for his roles in Scandal!, The Queen and Isono has confirmed the passing of his younger brother – Chris Kazadi – who reportedly got shot and killed in his home country – Congo this week.

Joe took to his Instagram account to praise his brother and pay tribute to him in a lengthy post:

“My blood first of all as your Big bro I am so proud of you Kazadi. You did the impossible in a country that’s not our own. From the south where we saw some of the hardest struggles as foreign kids, you rose like it was home.”

“Kazadi what will my career be without you, my bro! 💔💔

“A few days ago we were supposed to go out for a drink and plan our new venture and when I couldn’t make it, wow you were so disappointed but now I understand Chris 💔.”

“Now I am at the back of a car crying on my way to go, comfort Mom.”

“I am so sorry my G. I am sorry that our own killed you at home where you were supposed to be safe. I am sorry that we weren’t there to protect you. I love you so much my G.”

CHRIS KAZADI: HIS CAREER AND LAST DAYS  

Chris was the founder and CEO of a digital and social media marketing company called Clicks Media which has been in business for more than 6 years, according to LinkedIN.

He pioneered the concept of the influencer marketing business model in South Africa and entered the digital marketing arena at an early age, years before many of his competitors.

His company which is in the heart of Johannesburg designs, builds, and manages cutting-edge online campaigns for top brands around the world.

Chris was reportedly shot and killed in Congo after leaving Mzansi for Botswana to attend #forbes30under30, according to entertainment commentator Phil Mphela.
