Former Minister of Aviation and prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Femi Fani-Kayode, has extended his congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his inauguration.
The Chief of Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, administered the oath of office to Tinubu and his Vice President, Kashim Shettima, on Monday.
Fani-Kayode took to Twitter to express his sentiments, stating that the nation’s journey into glory and progress towards the promised land has now begun under the leadership of President Tinubu.
He commended both Tinubu and Shettima, describing them as committed, courageous, and trustworthy leaders, and offered his congratulations on their inauguration.
President Tinubu Announces First Appointments
Shortly after being sworn into office, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu wasted no time in making his first appointments.
Victor Adekunle Adeleke was chosen as the State Chief of Protocol by President Tinubu.
Additionally, Dele Alake, a former Commissioner of Information in Lagos State, was appointed as the Presidential Spokesman, while Olusegun Dada was named the Special Adviser for Digital Media.
The newly appointed State Chief of Protocol, Victor Adeleke, hailing from Oyo State, commenced his duties today.
