As the summer heat begins to rise, so does the anticipation for another steamy season of Love Island.
Fans of the hit ITV2 dating show won’t have to wait much longer—Season 12 is officially set to launch on June 9, and the full list of villa-bound singles has finally been revealed.
With a brand-new cast and even more unexpected twists promised, the show is pulling out all the stops to celebrate its 10-year milestone.
Returning to host the chaos and chemistry once again is the ever-glamorous Maya Jama, who first took the reins in early 2023.
With the countdown ticking, viewers are gearing up for a summer filled with flirtation, friendships, and a whole lot of drama.
Football Runs in the Family: Meet Dejon Noel-Williams
Among the fresh faces heading into the villa is someone who already has ties to fame—just not the kind you usually see in a swimsuit.
Dejon Noel-Williams, a semi-pro footballer and personal trainer, is stepping into the limelight.
And here’s the kicker—he’s the son of former Premier League striker Gifton Noel-Williams, who played for teams like Watford and Stoke during his career.
Although Gifton hung up his boots in 2017 after a final stint with Codicote, his football legacy lives on through Dejon.
Growing up in the football world gave Dejon access to some pretty surreal moments, including meeting global icon David Beckham.
“When I was a kid, I didn’t think much of it—he was just my dad,” Dejon shared.
“But when we’d go to games, people would stop him for pictures. I even met David Beckham, and he was genuinely such a nice guy.”
More Than Just a Pretty Face
Hailing from London, Dejon has already built a significant online following—11,000 followers and counting—thanks to his workout routines and gym-ready selfies.
He’s clearly not shy about showing off his physique, and his motivational bio reflects his fitness philosophy: “I go beyond the gym—helping you build Strength, Confidence & Discipline for life.”
But don’t be fooled—he’s got game on the field, too.
In 2021, Dejon took his skills to the international stage, representing the Grenada national football team.
Another Football Face: Introducing Harry Cooksley
Dejon won’t be the only contestant bringing football credentials into the villa.
Enter Harry Cooksley, a 29-year-old midfielder currently playing for Farnham Town in the Southern League Premier South.
Nicknamed “The Surrey Zidane” for his skillful moves, Harry adds another sporty layer to this season’s cast.
But there’s more to Harry than meets the eye. Off the pitch, he juggles a career as a gold trader and also works as a model.
One of his most unusual gigs? Standing in as a body double for England star Declan Rice.
“Any time Declan does a shoot that needs close-ups of his body, like a shoulder or chest shot—that’s actually me,” Harry explained.
“You won’t see my face, but you’ve probably seen my torso without even knowing it.”
What’s in Store for This Season?
With a cast full of athletic talent, bold personalities, and behind-the-scenes stories, this season of Love Island looks set to be one of the most unforgettable yet.
Whether you’re in it for the romance, the rivalry, or the sheer unpredictability, buckle up—June 9 is just around the corner.
