Country singers Ella Langley and Tucker Wetmore have reportedly rekindled their relationship after separating earlier this year, according to sources cited by the Daily Mail.

Langley, 27, and Wetmore, 26, are said to have resumed dating after ending their initial romance in May. A source told the publication that the pair had first been together from February until shortly before the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Another source attributed their earlier split to their demanding professional schedules.

The pair were reportedly seen together again in September, with a Nashville insider telling the Daily Mail that they were “definitely back together”.

Social Media Activity Fuelled Dating Speculation

Speculation about the singers’ relationship began in December, when both were posting from locations in the Caribbean.

Langley was holidaying in St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands with her younger sister, Katie, while Wetmore was reportedly nearby in the British Virgin Islands. Some observers suggested a songwriter’s camp may have brought artists to the area.

The two appeared together in a group photograph shared by Soggy Dollar Bar on White Bay. The accompanying caption described the group as having enjoyed a few days together.

At the time, Langley was also linked to John Sansone, who appeared on the third season of Farmer Wants a Wife.

Further speculation followed when Wetmore liked a fan’s comment on a video of him shaving his beard. The comment referred to Langley by her initials.

Wetmore’s Song Added to the Rumours

Wetmore released his single Sunburn in March, prompting fans to speculate that the song referenced the singers’ alleged time together in the Caribbean.

The track includes lyrics about travelling alone to perform music on a beach, staying longer than planned and keeping a romantic encounter private.

That same month, Langley joined Wetmore on stage in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to perform the song with him.

The pair were later spotted leaving the back entrance of Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium in September. Wetmore was reportedly present to celebrate Langley’s Song of the Year win at the Nashville Songwriter Awards.

Fans also searched their social media activity for possible clues, including a video in which Langley danced and sang to the Bee Gees’ Stayin’ Alive before Wetmore was seen wearing a T-shirt featuring the group.

Wetmore Avoids Confirming Relationship

During a recent VIP meet-and-greet, Wetmore was asked directly about rumours that he and Langley were dating.

After a fan asked whether he could confirm the relationship, the singer paused, smiled and replied, “Next question.”

A Nashville source subsequently told the Daily Mail that the pair had been seen together at Corner Pub, a bar in the city, accompanied by Langley’s security.

The source suggested that the presence of security at the venue had attracted attention because the singers appeared to be keeping their relationship private.

Neither artist had publicly confirmed the reported romance in the account provided by the publication. The Daily Mail said it had contacted representatives for both singers for comment.

Langley’s Reported Past With Riley Green Resurfaces

The reported reunion comes amid renewed attention surrounding Langley’s past association with fellow country singer Riley Green, 37.

Langley and Green were rumoured to have dated in 2024 while touring and promoting their song You Look Like You Love Me. Both previously denied dating rumours.

Following the reported end of their relationship, Green was seen with fellow country singer Megan Moroney, 29, on multiple occasions in early 2025. Reports subsequently described tensions between Langley and Moroney, with fans interpreting some of their social media activity as indirect exchanges.

Last week, followers noticed that Langley had unfollowed Green on Instagram.

Langley Responds to Green’s Comments on The Voice

Green, who is a coach on The Voice, mentioned Langley while encouraging a country duo to join his team on the programme.

“There’s a girl that reminded me a lot of y’all,” he said. “I took her on tour with me. Her name’s Ella Langley. She’s doing pretty well.”

During a live video, Langley was asked whether she was unhappy with Green’s remarks because they appeared to give him credit for her success.

“Yeah, when that man took credit? No, didn’t love that. But typical. Pretty typical,” she responded.

However, a Nashville source cited by the Daily Mail disagreed with the suggestion that Green had been taking credit for Langley’s achievements. The source said the comment appeared to refer to similarities between the singer and the contestants rather than an attempt to claim responsibility for her career.

Sources Raise Questions About the Couple’s Reunion

Some sources quoted by the publication expressed reservations about Langley and Wetmore reportedly getting back together.

One source alleged that Langley had been jealous and controlling in previous relationships, attributing those alleged behaviours to her past experiences with Green.

Another insider claimed that during the singers’ earlier relationship, Langley had given Wetmore a difficult time over his interactions with other women and had checked his phone.

The source also said they did not believe the reported romance was a publicity stunt, suggesting Wetmore could simply be attracted to Langley.

The claims about the couple’s private relationship have not been publicly confirmed by either singer.
