EHE Ventures has officially opened the second fundraising round for its £15m (S)EIS AI Growth Fund, continuing its strategy of investing in promising artificial intelligence startups across the United Kingdom.

The Manchester-based venture capital firm is seeking to attract additional investors as it accelerates funding for early-stage AI-focused businesses.

The fund is designed to provide capital to companies operating at the pre-seed, seed and Series A stages, with a focus on ventures that have artificial intelligence at the core of their products or services.

Through the latest fundraising effort, EHE Ventures intends to continue building a portfolio of high-growth technology companies while working toward deploying the full £15m investment target.

Tax-Efficient Investment Structure Supports Growth

The AI Growth Fund operates under both the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (S)EIS and the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), giving eligible investors access to government-backed tax incentives while supporting innovation in the UK’s startup ecosystem.

Management of the fund is handled by Infinity Asset Management LLP, an investment manager authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, providing oversight for the fund’s investment activities and regulatory compliance.

Initial Investments Already Deployed Across Eight Companies

Before opening the second fundraising phase, EHE Ventures successfully completed its first investment deployment after securing capital from high-net-worth investors.

Those proceeds have already been allocated across eight AI-driven businesses.

The first cohort includes Deltabase, Fotenix, Good With, NeuWave, Peppercorn AI, Scooch, Spotlight Pathology and Subjct.

During these investments, EHE Ventures partnered with several other investors, including Deepbridge, PXN, Q Ventures and River Capital, helping to strengthen financial backing for the selected startups.

Broader Ecosystem Offers More Than Capital

Beyond investment, EHE Ventures forms part of the wider EHE Group, which combines venture funding with operational and strategic support for founders.

Through EHE Venture Studio, portfolio companies can access AI development, software engineering expertise, AI consulting and fractional chief technology officer services.

The group’s advisory team also assists founders with key business challenges, including intellectual property strategy, research and development planning, commercial expansion, fundraising preparation and overall investment readiness.

Leadership Team Oversees Next Investment Phase

The second fundraising campaign is being led by EHE Group co-founder and Chief Executive Guy Remond alongside Venture Principal Troy Wood.

Together, they will oversee the next stage of capital raising as the firm continues to identify and support AI-first companies with the potential to scale across the UK technology sector.
