Musa Ibrahim, the Director of Road Transport and Mass Transit Administration, has called on the public to adopt the use of bicycles as a means to decrease the incidence of road crashes.
The appeal was made during a stakeholders’ sensitization meeting held in Abuja, aimed at promoting the significance of cycling in Nigeria.
