Daughter of David and Iman Bowie shares their taste in clothing. Just a few days ago, 23-year-old Lexi Jones debuted her first online clothing brand. Her entire name, Alexandria Zahra Jones, appears alongside the motto ALXX and a drawing she made of a naked woman.
A small number of goods, including hoodies (for £89), tote bags (for £33), T-shirts, and crop tops, are currently available for purchase. Jones, whose mom is supermodel Iman, has hired specialists and has also been promoting the products on social media.

Originally exhibiting just her graffiti-like artworks, New York native Jones debuted her Pieces of Me website in May. She talks about her difficulties with mental health on the site, saying that she hopes that “joining together to heal through the beauty of art” may help others.
For the bulk of her life, Lexi has dealt with mental health challenges. “Creating art has always been a coping mechanism of mine,” she said.

The police are confused at dawn
During a regular mammography, Labour MP for Brent Central Dawn Butler discovered she had breast cancer (Jane Barlow/PA via PA Archive).
Dawn Butler, a member of Parliament for the Labour Party, admits she still has trouble trusting law enforcement. The MP for Brent shared her experience working a recent night shift with a local youth organization at the launch of her memoir last night at The Trouble Club at The Ned club. As Butler put it, “this police car came screeching up… and everybody ran, including me.” Like muscle memory, it just clicked. When I saw that one of my teammates wasn’t following along, that’s when I realized I shouldn’t be jogging. I had to regain my composure, extend my hand, and introduce myself as a member of parliament named Dawn Butler. Not exactly a ringing endorsement for the Met.
Another local representative will take Boris’s place in parliament.
Steve Tuckwell and Rishi Sunak, PA
Tory MP for Uxbridge Steve Tuckwell, who replaced Boris Johnson, said he is “not daunted” by his new position. Tuckwell, who won a contentious by-election in which Ulez played a major role, has promised to “make sure I’m as local as I can possibly be,” as he put it to PoliticsHome. Tuckwell said his people have told him it’s wonderful to have a local MP, but he was careful not to criticize Johnson, who never lived in the area and rarely visited. When asked if he could become prime minister, he answered, “I can’t see that happening,” and added, “I did this because I want to be the voice of the people of Uxbridge and Ruislip.” That’s a new twist.

The band Haim performed on the final day of the All Points East festival in Victoria Park on the Monday after the holiday. Taylor Swift appeared onstage during the band’s last London show.
This time, though, there was a recognizable face lurking: Paul Mescal. The actor came there to cheer on his sister Nell, a singer-songwriter who was playing a more intimate venue. Paul could be seen in the audience, happily singing along; later, he and his companion watched the headliners from the VIP area. Nell said online that the evening was “so silly” and that she was “amazed” by the turnout. Donnacha, the other brother, came up to hug them as well.
In preparation for his role in Ridley Scott’s Gladiator sequel, Paul, who rose to popularity in Normal People, has been bulking up. He has also been known to sing his own songs, including those featured in the upcoming film adaptation of Carmen.
