  • 3 eggs

  • cup cream

  • ½ cup castor sugar

  • 2 tsp galatin

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 8 cubes chocolate

  • 2 tbsp. milk

  • 1 tbsp. butter


  • Dissolve gelatine in 70ml of cold water.
  • Separate eggs and beat the yolks, add sugar beat again and add vanilla.
  • Beat the cream. Add cream to the egg yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
  • Fold in egg whites and add the gelatine slowly.
  • Put in the glass dish in the fridge.
  • Take 8 squares of chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk and one tablespoon of butter until dissolved.
  • Pour over the cream pudding.
