The 8thGear Digital Skills Project, a collaborative effort between the United States Africa Development Foundation (USADF), the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) Scholarship program, and implementation support from Innkeeper Talent Accelerator, welcomes aspiring individuals to a transformative opportunity in Lagos.

A Gateway to Change

Embark on a 10-week journey of skill enhancement in Digital Technology and Business Support through the 8thGear Digital Skills Project.

Aspiring individuals can anticipate gaining cutting-edge skills that open doors to new possibilities.

Internship and Support

Upon completion of the program, participants secure internship placements, providing practical experience to reinforce the acquired skills.

The initiative also eases the financial burden with a weekly allowance for transportation and data connectivity.

Eligibility Criteria

To be part of this initiative, applicants need to meet certain criteria. Residents in Lagos with a LASRRA ID, possessing a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), and a minimum SSCE qualification are eligible.

The age range for applicants is 18-35, with a commitment to attend the 10-week training. Basic computing knowledge and access to a device for home practice are prerequisites.

Successful applicants should be available for both training and internship over the next 6 – 9 months.
