Ben Stiller has traveled in Poland to speak with refugees displaced by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

On Saturday, the Night At The Museum actor, 56, was photographed interacting with charity workers in a storage facility in the huge south-eastern city of Rzeszow, near to the border.

Since the beginning of the war in February, it is estimated that over 3.5 million individuals have entered into Poland.

Stiller, who is a UNHCR goodwill ambassador, will meet with families to help convey “tales of the human effects of war” and “amplify appeals for solidarity.”

‘Millions have been forced to flee their homes with over 90% being women and children.

‘I’m here to learn, to share stories that illustrate the human impact of war and to amplify calls for solidarity.

‘I hope you’ll follow along and share your own messages of support, for people who have fled their homes in Ukraine and for people who have been forced to flee all over the world.

‘Everyone has the right to seek safety. Whoever, wherever, whenever.’

The arrival of the Zoolander and Meet the Fockers star in Poland coincides with World Refugee Day on June 20.

He began working for the UNHCR in 2016 and has since traveled to Germany, Jordan, Guatemala, and Lebanon to speak with refugees.

He appeared before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 2019 on the Syrian humanitarian disaster, pleading with lawmakers.

‘We must not turn a blind eye; we cannot allow Syrian families to fall further into poverty, and we cannot allow their children to become part of a lost generation,’ he warned.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher raised £29 million ($35 million) for Ukraine, and David Beckham gave up his Instagram profile for the day to a Ukrainian doctor in Kharkiv.
