Shehu Sani Reacts to EU Report on 2023 Elections
Former lawmaker Shehu Sani responded to the European Union’s report on the 2023 general elections in Nigeria.
The EU presented its report to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on June 27, 2023.
Sani noted that the EU’s trust in INEC had been severely damaged, particularly due to the failure to electronically upload the presidential election result.
Sani expressed his opinion on the EU’s report, suggesting that their findings were to be expected since they financially contributed to the elections.
This implies a potential bias in their assessment of the electoral process.
