The formal component of the MTN graduate development programme includes modules at MTN’s three regional learning centers located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.

Requirements and Application Deadline
To qualify for the MTN graduate programme, applicants must have graduated with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit not earlier than 2022.
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completion by September 2023 and a valid international passport are also prerequisites. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to apply before the application deadline on Wednesday, 20 December 2023.
