After breaking through barriers, dozens of police officers are escorting protestors from the Epsom Derby race track.

After running onto the turf, police removed protestors from the Epsom racetrack.

Officers were seen dragging a number of individuals off the grass and back towards the fans, causing the derby to be delayed.

After the officers intervened, the group, which seemed to be demonstrators with banners, tumbled to the ground.

Dozens of officers could be seen working to move them, as members of the royal box watched on.

The crowds cheered as they were taken away, with a voice on a Tannoy apologising to spectators.
