Sani believes that it is unfair for Tinubu to expect Nigerians to make sacrifices without being aware of the true situation in the country.
Nigerians Deserve to Know the Truth, Says Senator Sani
Taking to his Twitter account, Senator Sani emphasized the need for Nigerians to be informed about what the Tinubu administration inherited from the previous Buhari government.
He urged the Tinubu government to prioritize transparency and set aside party loyalty in order to disclose the details contained in the handover book.
According to Sani, it is unjust to ask the impoverished masses to make sacrifices without providing them with a clear understanding of the previous administration’s actions and decisions.
Fuel Subsidy Removal Policy Leads to Price Hikes
Recalling President Tinubu’s inaugural speech, one of the key announcements was the implementation of the fuel subsidy removal policy.
However, following this statement, the price of petrol in Nigeria has surged significantly, making it unaffordable for the average citizen.

This increase has also caused sharp rises in transportation costs and the prices of various commodities, including essential items like food.
