Statement from South Wales Police:

In an official statement released on Saturday, a spokesperson from the South Wales Police acknowledged the incident.


The police confirmed that they were called to the In It Together festival at Margam, following a medical episode experienced by the 16-year-old boy from Port Talbot.

Tragically, the boy’s life could not be saved, despite efforts made during transportation to the hospital via ambulance.

The police expressed their condolences and extended sympathy to the grieving family during this difficult time.

Emergency Response and Lack of Suspicious Circumstances:

The festival had arrangements with a private ambulance service, and it was confirmed that the Welsh Ambulance Service Trust did not attend the scene.
