Bauchi State Governor Unveils Ambitious Infrastructure Drive Aligned with President Bola Tinubu’s Vision

Governor Mohammed’s Commitment to Bauchi State’s Development Agenda

Bauchi State Governor, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, declared his administration’s unwavering commitment to driving infrastructure projects that align with President Bola Tinubu’s overarching agenda for socio-economic growth.

The governor emphasized his dedication to delivering essential amenities for the people, regardless of geographical location, during the commencement of a 7km rural road construction project in Misau.

Empowering Bauchi Communities with Basic Amenities

In his address, Governor Mohammed, portraying himself as a responsive leader, expressed determination to empower Bauchi communities with fundamental amenities, emphasizing equal distribution without bias to any particular region.

Drawing on his extensive visits to agrarian communities across the state, he asserted a deep understanding of the development needs and aspirations of the people.

Projects Rooted in Socio-Economic Development

Governor Mohammed reiterated that infrastructure projects under his administration are driven by an honest desire for socio-economic development rather than political patronage.

Stressing transparency and community welfare, he announced a substantial budget of over N5 billion for the 7km rural road, scheduled for completion within 18 months, cautioning the contractor to prioritize quality while adhering to the tight deadline.

Dual Commitment to Rural Road Development

In a show of dual commitment to infrastructure development, Governor Mohammed not only initiated the 7km rural road in Misau but also commissioned the construction of a separate 22km rural road in Darasi local government.

These actions underscored his proactive stance on addressing the diverse development needs of various regions within Bauchi State.
