Since Hamas initiated its attack on Israel, there have been 105 antisemitic incidents and 75 antisemitic offenses in the capital, marking a 650 percent rise in incidents and a 525 percent increase in crimes compared to the same period the previous year.

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor expressed concern about the scale of the increase in antisemitism and recognized the challenging context.
