Varsity Cup result: Maties reach final after battering UCT Ikeys

Maties battered a hopelessly outclassed UCT Ikeys side in their Varsity Cup semi-final at the Green Mile on Monday.

Maties won 58-19.

They will play the winner of Monday’s second Varsity Cup semi-final between Shimlas and defending champions UP-Tuks.

Should Shimlas win, the final will be held at Shimla Park on Monday, 25 April.

However, should UP-Tuks prevail, the final will be staged at the Danie Craven Stadium in Stellenbosch.
