Trump defends Truth Social against “false news” that he owes $1.6 million, and again urges FBI investigators to “go bananas” and “not take it anymore” on the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Trump denounced as “fake news” a series of claims that he owed $1.6 million to the hosting firm for his Truth Social platform, when it was revealed that he owed $1.6 million.

The trademark application of the previous president was also recently denied.

Truth Social is also the subject of investigations by financial regulators and a grand jury.

The app was created after Trump was banned from Twitter and other social media platforms.

Donald Trump advocated for his alternative social media platform on Monday morning, declaring in a post on Truth Social that the site is ‘our voice’ and urged his fans to sign up.

Since the introduction of the website, reports indicate a series of challenges, including the accumulation of $1.6 million in debt, an approaching court struggle, and the denial of a trademark registration.

However, the former president asserts that these stories are only attempts by the media to discredit Truth Social, which he says is “right on time.”

Rather, he cited the 550 percent increase in downloads during the week following the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago in early August. The search resulted in an increase in the site’s popularity and empowered Trump’s fans just three months before the 2022 midterm elections.

Additionally, the former president reaffirmed his call for FBI officers to come forward with information on the raid.

The truth is our voice! Register today’ Trump posted to Truth Social on Monday at 2:08 a.m.

Donald Trump slammed as “fake news” a story that he owed $1.6 million to Truth Social’s hosting service and that his trademark registration had been denied. Trump was reacting to news that he owed $1.6 million to the hosting service and that his trademark application had been denied.

Since its launch, Truth Social has encountered a slew of challenges.

Trump’s app was conceptualized after he was permanently banned from Twitter following the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol. It was released in the Apple Store in February 2022.

It is advertised as an alternative social media platform to Twitter and Facebook that provides a venue for free communication that does not censor or discriminate against differing viewpoints.

After the official launch on February 21, there were around 2 million downloads in the first two weeks on the Apple App Store in the United States.

Critics labeled it a “disaster” as a result of the decline in downloads brought on by the site’s lengthy load times and frequent outages.

Late in April, when users who had been waiting for months to gain access to the app were finally granted access, downloads increased.

Legal problems have also plagued the website, with federal officials probing whether the holding corporation illegally cooperated with the Trump Media & Technology Group.

Others have claimed that the website serves as a forum for far-right extremists.

Since March, Truth Social reportedly has not paid web hosting provider RightForce and has acquired a $1.6 million debt.

Digital World Acquisition Corp., a SPAC with which Truth Social intended to combine in order to go public, is beset with grave legal issues and regulatory investigations. The SEC is investigating the company for possibly negotiating the sale before going public.

Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), founded by former California Representative Devin Nunes, announced an agreement to host Truth Social with RightForge, an organization that supports conservative causes.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) denied Trump’s trademark registration for Truth Social, citing the existence of two other companies with similar names and the resulting “likely of confusion”

The patent office determined that the company’s name was too close to those of Vero – True Social, an app-based social networking platform, and the Truth Network, a Christian radio broadcast network.

They stated in their filing that TRUTH and TRUE convey the same meaning of being truthful or emphasizing facts while networking socially.

In addition, both marks contain the word SOCIAL, suggesting they are visually and acoustically identical with the exception of the word TRUTH, the office continued.

Since the marks are similar and the goods and services are linked, there is a risk of confusion as to the source of applicant’s goods and services, therefore registration is denied under Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act.

Trump has until February 2023 to file a response.Donald Trump tore into 'fake news' about a string of difficulties facing his Truth Social platform after reports emerged he owed $1.6 million to the hosting service and his trademark application was deniedTrump's Truth Social was launched in February, but now owes $1.6 million to a company providing web hostingSome three million people have now downloaded Truth Social, but the company behind it faces investigations by financial regulatorsThe download rate jumped by 550 percent, according to Data AIAuthorities stand outside Mar-a-Lago the day after the FBI raid, which came in relation to a probe into whether Trump took from the White House when he left office

Three sources with knowledge of the matter assert that Trump’s tech company has not made any monthly payments to web-hosting service RightForce since March and has accumulated a substantial debt.

According to Fox Business, RightForge is currently preparing legal action.

RightForge CEO Martin Avila said in a statement, “Our founding ambition is to create a second internet to support American ideas online,” while declining to comment on the claims themselves.

RightForge believes in the mission of President Trump’s free speech platform and will continue to support his media initiatives.

Truth Social did not respond to a comment request.

Trump asserted on Saturday afternoon, ‘The Fake News Media is heartbroken by how well the TRUTH is doing, therefore they are working hard to disparage and denigrate it.’

Trump’s Truth Social was founded in February, but it now owes a site hosting business $1.6 million.

Three million users have now downloaded Truth Social, but the firm behind it is under investigation by financial authorities.

He added, “In reality, many of Washington, D.C.’s power brokers are attempting to stop the TRUTH, but they won’t succeed.” They are pursuing an external financial company and almost everyone who walks and breathes, but that will not suffice.

Since the raid, they claimed that the company’s performance has deteriorated, while in reality, its performance has increased by more than 550%. Everyone adores TRUTH!!!

As a result of the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, the former president was banned from Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. The platform was developed in February to provide him with a voice.

Since then, he has utilized it to provide constant commentary on midterm elections, Joe Biden’s performance, and the search of his Florida property.

However, it has failed to attract a large audience, and its numbers are significantly lower than those of popular platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and even the far-right website Gab, which has tens of millions of monthly users.

It also encountered a number of early technological challenges, such as lengthy waits to access the website, which significantly impacted download and user rates.

Some industry experts note that it is not yet accessible on Android phones, which are more popular among Trump supporters than iPhones.

However, the company’s organizational structure could be much more difficult.

Truth Social is partially owned by TMTG, a holding firm that plans to eventually expand into streaming and other internet services.

The download rate increased by 550 percent, citing Data AI.

Authorities pose in front of Mar-a-Lago the day after the FBI raid, which was part of an investigation into whether Trump removed anything from the White House when he left office.

The company’s ambitions to go public through a merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, have been postponed indefinitely.

In response to suspicions that the two businesses may have violated merger regulations, the Securities and Exchange Commission and a Justice Department grand jury have opened investigations.

Both corporations claim to be complying with the investigations.

Trump himself has a number of legal problems.

FBI officers recently seized boxes of secret documents from Trump’s Florida property, while the Department of Justice investigates the removal of hundreds of files from the White House after Trump vacated the presidency.
