Directed by Meji Alabi, “Water and Garri” follows the story of Aisha (played by Tiwa Savage), an ambitious fashion designer who returns to her home nation after spending ten years in the United States.
The movie explores Aisha’s life changes following the death of a family member and her journey to confront guilt, reconnect with family, old friends, and a former love.
