The academic year is extended at Federal Poly Ede

The academic calendar for the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic session has been extended by Federal Polytechnic Ede (EDEPOLY).

In light of past disruptions to the Academic Calendar, the Academic Board assessed and authorized the two-week extension of the Academic Calendar for the First Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Session at its 218th Regular Meeting on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

The Board also authorized the rescheduling of the First Semester 2021/2022 Academic Session Examinations, originally planned to commence on September 12, 2022, to begin on September 26, 2022.

In view of the above, the Board instructed both Lecturers and Students to use the extended time to cover the remaining Course Contents, while Students who have not yet completed their Biometrics registration for CBT Examinations are urged to do so within the extension period indicated.

Deans of Schools and Heads of Departments are required to communicate the contents of this Decision Extract to their employees and students and to guarantee full compliance with its directions.
