The 29-year-old WNBA player, who has become one of the league’s most recognizable figures and is a close teammate of Caitlin Clark, said she remains convinced that female athletes should not have to compete against biological males.

The controversy came on the same day Indiana delivered one of its most convincing performances of the season, defeating the Connecticut Sun 123-88.
Cunningham contributed eight points in 21 minutes as the Fever improved to 17-10.
