Sadiq Umar scores 7th goal league goal in Spain

Nigerian striker Sadiq Umar has scored his 7th goal of the season for Spanish club side Almeria in La Liga2.

The Rio Olympics bronze medalist and Nigeria’s top scorer at that event was among the goal scorers in a 3-0 home win over Real Zaragoza.

Almeria now lead the division with 45 points are on course for promotion to the more prestigious La Liga.

The former Glasgow Rangers goal-poacher scored 27 goals las season as his side narrowly missed promotion.

The 24-year old has a current market value of €18 million.
