Omokri’s response came after Charly Boy called on the youth to follow the example of France and challenge the system they disagree with, in light of the unrest in France caused by the killing of a 17-year-old boy by a policeman.
Omokri Attributes Charly Boy’s Anger to Election Results
In his Twitter response, Omokri expressed his belief that Charly Boy’s call for revolt stemmed from anger over his preferred presidential candidate not winning the election.
Omokri suggested that Charly Boy’s words served as vindication for his previous statement, in which he claimed that some people were preparing for war rather than focusing on the electoral process.
Omokri Questions Charly Boy’s Perspective and Selectivity
Omokri questioned Charly Boy’s rationale for wishing the situation in France upon Nigeria, specifically highlighting the killing of Harira Jubril, a pregnant woman from Adamawa, and her four underage daughters.
He questioned why Charly Boy did not call for a youth uprising to avenge their deaths, raising concerns about the inconsistency in his views.

Despite his own dissatisfaction with the election results, Omokri emphasized the irresponsibility of calling for the destruction of Nigerian cities.
