The British monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, was photographed driving around the grounds of Windsor Castle, marking the first time she has been seen in public after a recent health scare that required her to spend the night in hospital.

The Queen, 95, was caught driving a green Jaguar estate car while wearing a headscarf and sunglasses.

She is known for driving around the region with her Corgi dogs for walks.

Buckingham Palace announced last Friday, October 29th, that the Queen had been advised to rest for two weeks and would not be making any formal trips during that period.

The palace said doctors told her she could “continue to undertake light, desk-based duties… including some virtual audiences, but not to undertake any official visits”.
