The burial ceremony of Nigeria’s first indigenous chartered accountant, Akintola Williams, is currently underway at the Muson Centre in Lagos.
Williams died at the age of 104 on September 11, 2023, and is being laid to rest today, October 19.
The funeral ceremony commenced with a performance by the Muson Choir and Orchestra under the guidance of Emeka Nwokedi.
