Tragic Incident: Pastor Dies as Dunamis Church Building Collapses in Makurdi
In a tragic incident, a pastor lost his life when a Dunamis Church building located at Mission Ward North Bank in Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, collapsed during the early hours of Tuesday, October 3.
Collapse During Prayer
Reports indicate that the pastor, along with others, was inside the church building, conducting prayers when the unfortunate collapse occurred.
Fortunately, three other individuals who were present on the church premises managed to escape unharmed.
Impact on Surrounding Area
The consequences of the collapse extended beyond the church building itself. Residential buildings and electricity infrastructure in the vicinity were also affected by the incident, further compounding the tragedy.
