The most recent alleged intrusion occurred on August 23 when the stalker reportedly entered Paris Jackson’s backyard but fled when confronted. Although she was not present at the time, a friend staying on the property witnessed the trespass. Law enforcement was informed, and they intend to increase patrols in the vicinity.
Legal Action to Secure Restraining Order
Two days after the intrusion, Paris began legal proceedings to obtain a restraining order against the alleged stalker. She is seeking to prohibit him from contacting her online and to establish a 100-yard distance between him and her person, home, vehicle, or any place where she performs.
