Trod Denies Knowledge of Royalties:

In a recent viral video, the mother of late rapper Dagrin appealed for financial assistance, revealing that she now sells on the street to sustain herself.

This led to Nigerians accusing Trod, the step-brother of the late rapper, of profiting from Dagrin’s song proceeds while his family struggled.

Trod, in response to these allegations, took to his official Twitter handle and stated that he is unaware of any income associated with Dagrin’s songs.

He called on the person who has been receiving royalties for the past 13 years to step forward and address the matter.

Trod’s Statement:

Taking to Twitter, Trod tweeted, “I dunno shit about Grins Royalties.

The person who has been getting paid for 13 years should come out.

DMCE whatever.”
